We connect aptitude assessment, career exploration, study guidance and coaching with preparation for study abroad, further education and employment. An individual future plan sets out goals and preparation, while consultations and coaching review progress and adjust the plan.
Message from Hwang Yo-han
Welcome. I am Yohan Hwang, CEO of Global C&B.
I believe that students considering their future first need an opportunity to understand themselves. It matters to reflect calmly on what they enjoy and do well, the life they want to lead, and what they can prepare now for that future.
Education should go beyond presenting options: it should help students develop the ability to choose and act for themselves. This is why aptitude assessment, career exploration, study guidance and coaching are at the heart of Global C&B.
We listen to each student, discover their strengths and interests together, and turn a career direction into concrete goals and actions. At every stage of studying abroad, admission, further study and employment, we help students understand the preparation needed and take one step at a time. When plans do not work out, we examine the difficulties and faithfully provide guidance within the agreed scope so that students can prepare their next choice.
To me, happy success is more than an outcome measured by someone else’s standards. It means setting personally meaningful goals, growing through learning and effort, and finding responsibility and fulfilment in one’s own life. Global C&B aims to be an education and career partner that supports this process.
Career guidance, admission preparation consulting and study coaching are provided within the agreed basic services. We explain what customers receive, what they pay and what they need to prepare. I believe trust grows from clear explanations and faithfully delivering the promised support.
